A Fountain and a robin
I finally got to finish this one several days ago, but just hadn't had a chance to photograph it. It is a combination of several references I had. The fountain was one I saw in a garden in Iowa with my aunt. It was huge, but just gorgeous. It wasn't running unfortunately, and it had a sparrow on it which I wasn't sure I wanted so decided to change to the robin. Hope you like it. It is in need of a title- as usual!
I'm working away on the puppy and hope to have it to post very soon.

Carol, this is beautiful, nice composition. Sorry i can't help you with a title, I have a hard time coming up with them too sometimes.
Just lovely Carol. A wonderful sense of light and I can feel the scale of the fountain when paired with the bird.
This is sweet Carol. I love how you did the fountain and the robin was a good choice. They always make me think of spring. Titles are the hardest!
I can't wait till you post the puppy one. : )
Thanks much Krista, Mona, and Barbara. Rich gave me some great advice, I'm going to work more on it and repost once done.
Ciao Carol, bel quadro. Really nice. I like the atmosphere you give. Happy halloween.
PS: Still sad! WHY DON'T GIVE HIM ITALO AS NAME??????????!?!? :D
Have a fun Carol :)
I've decided to work a bit more on this one! Maybe you'll like it even better Italo. So sorry- I decided on Pipsqueak instead of Italo! :-)
I love the beautiful lighting in this one Carol - you feel like you are sitting in a gorgeous garden on a sunny day looking up at a little Robin - simply beautiful!!!
Thanks so much Karen. I've re-worked this and hope you get to see it in the new "look". I believe it looks even "sunnier". Hope so!
