Swan WIP

I've started a mini swan, actually have it nearly completed, just haven't gotten it photographed again. Had hoped to finish it Fri. but a bout with vertigo made me afraid to try finishing it as well as afraid to go up and down the steps. So I started another piece upstairs instead! This is in caseins which I really love to work with.

Thanks Jim. I've actually done a bit more blending on the water as well as more on the swan. Hope to have it finished soon.

Very nice! Vertigo cannot be a fun experience. I hope I never have to have it...I still haven't tried working in cassiens...It's on my todo list though! I want to do some more in oils and oil pastels first, and try something different in egg tempera, and work some more on drafting film and ivorine, and....

too many options, too little time!

Ohhhhhhhhhh I agree the water is really good at this point. now don't over work it, sometimes we need to just leave it alone and go to the next area, grin. I can't wait to see the swan done too.

Thanks Jim, Deb, and Bev. Yes, Deb, the vertigo is not fun. I still am having touches of it. Very strange, mostly I'm fine, then I'll turn my head or something- bam, room is just spinning.
I've finished the swan and will post it next.
