New Studio Buddy!

I just got this little fellow, and I can hardly stand myself he's so cute!!! Already love him to pieces. Tomorrow morning we go for our vet check. Sure hope he's A-ok! He's tiny, should be about a 4 to 4 1/2 lb-er. I didn't want him any smaller than that. His face reminds me of my Sammie. Just not as big of eyes (and different color ofcourse). I didn't want one just like Sammie anyway. I think that would be too painful actually, and I want a new guy to love all for himself. Yes- that's a regular coffee mug he's in so you can get a feel for his size! Now for a name!

Congratulations on your new addition. Such a sweet puppy Carol! I love the one of him in the coffee mug. (Now there's a miniature just waiting to be painted!)

You have mastered miniature art, and now you have a miniature pet! He's cute...For a name, how about "Mini" - I guess that would work better for a female. I think you need to get him a mate!

Thanks Kelly, Mona, and Deb. He's already sooo spoiled. I have to feed him from my fingers, and he spent the day with me in bed! He thinks that is the way it's supposed to be (I have some sort of "bug" and feel awful). Yes, that would make a cute painting... hmmm...
Deb- I already have 3 girls, just waiting. :-)

Wouldn't you just looove to know what he's thinking as he's sitting there in that mug?! :-0

Oh Carol!! Too cute, I'll have to forward this cuteness to my daughter Gina. Oh, and I just listened to your interview with Kim and you did a great job! I could identify with you on some of the things you said. Hope you feel better.

Ain't he just too, too cute?! I don't think it's fair that some creatures get so much cute and then others none! Ha!
Krista- you're right- pets are the BEST!
Thanks Barbara- glad you enjoyed the interview. It was fun to do, the time flew, with still so much we didn't get to cover and say. Would love to know what you identified with! I'm suspecting I have the wonderful new flu that's going around.
Jim- my hubby thought I had gotten a kitten when he first saw him (just his head from the back!) So maybe that's why your cat approved! VBG

Italo- it's tempting! Poor little guy is still nameless! Yikes. I'm too picky I guess. I like Jazz, but hubby isn't so crazy about it so we'll see. We're back from our trip so I'll try to post something new (and hopefully interesting) in a few days. It was cold and rainy, but I did get a few nice shots of a hawk, trumpeter swans, etc. And yes, I'm finally "mending"! Thanks.
